It has become a two day holiday for most, and rightly so, we say! May the 4th is a national celebration of all that is Star Wars. Cinco De Mayo is the beloved celebration of Mexico's victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla, May 5th, 1862. It is best to take May 2nd through May 6th and set it aside for a proper 4-day Sci-Fi binge of every Star Wars movie and Tacos, Nachos, Fried Ice-cream, and Mexican Soda.
