We currently only offer online ordering with shipping and local delivery (local delivery limited to a 6 mile radius). We are located in Chesapeake, Virginia USA. We are planning for a store location in the future!
Yes! We use the latest encryption technologies to keep your shopping and transactions safe.
Accounts are optional and you are free to purchase without one.
Make sure to check out the Discount Center and the Bargain Bin for all the current discounts. You can also use the product filters while shopping to show the products with Sales & Offers.
Shipping
We appreciate our international customers and we ship all over the world. Some items are limited. Click HERE to see products that can only ship to the USA and HERE for USA and Canada only items. See your shipping estimate using the shipping calculator on each product page and at the Shopping Cart. If your location is not listed, contact us and we will see if we can ship to you.

We want you to have the best shipping cost for your order so your shipping rates will be based on package weight and dimensions. Check the shipping calculator on each product page and at the Shopping Cart to see cost and delivery time estimates. Orders of at least $150 ship free to the lower 48 states in the USA. This excludes certain oversized items. Oversized items will show this on the product page.

We generally use USPS and UPS and may offer other services depending on what is available at the time of your order. For international orders, we will also offer additional services depending on your location. Check the shipping calculator on each product page and at the Shopping Cart to see the current services offered to your location.

Yes, we do! If you order before 11 AM EST Mon-Fri and 9 AM EST on Saturday, we will get it shipped that day. If we need to contact you to verify something with your order, it may delay shipping.

Product
All of our products are brand new and come directly from the manufacturer or an official distributor. We do not carry used products.

We always aim to restock products that have sold out. We do prioritize more popular products, however.
If we have sold out of something you want to buy, feel free to sign up for restock alerts by clicking the "Notify me when available" button on the product page. This let's us know you are interested. You can also reach to us directly by phone or email and we will research the item you are looking for.
The more interest we get in an out of stock product, the sooner it will be back in stock.
If we remove a product from the website, that typically means, it is no longer available to restock.
