Pre-Order Information
- Pre-order products will be labeled as pre-orders and will have a pre-order option on the product page.
- Most pre-orders are listed with shelf-condition packaging. This is because it is possible that we may receive items that have minor damage to the packaging during shipment. Pre-orders listed in shelf condition are guaranteed to arrive with their packaging in shelf condition or better, and the mint-condition pre-order items we receive will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The estimated time of arrival/ship date will be shown as well in the product details. Arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Order the item as normal. We require full payment for all pre-orders.
- Currently, the following payment methods are not available for Pre-Orders: Affirm, Lay-Buy, and Meta Pay.
- Once the item arrives from the manufacturer, we will automatically ship the item and send you the tracking information.
- The arrival dates are subject to change due to possible manufacturer delays. If your arrival date gets pushed back, we will email you. Note: Some items may not have an estimated arrival date and could show "TBA" (To Be Announced). Once we get an estimated arrival date from the manufacturer, we will update it on our site and notify you.

If you need to cancel your order, no problem! Simply email us or call anytime before your item ships. We will issue a full refund for all items except Special Order or Custom Order items.

Special Order and Custom Order Items are subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee if you cancel or return them, unless there is a problem with the item. This fee will be clearly noted in the product description.

Preorder items that are discontinued by the manufacturer or cannot be acquired for any reason will be canceled and fully refunded.

If you preorder multiple quantities of the same item and decide to cancel, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Repeatedly canceling preorders may limit your ability to place future orders with us.
Preorders Paid via PayPal:

Refund requests made within 180 days of the transaction will be issued as a standard PayPal refund.

Refund requests made after 180 days cannot be processed directly through PayPal. In these cases, we will provide either:

A store credit, or

An exchange for another item of your choice.

This policy ensures fair handling of all cancellations, preorders, and returns while accommodating PayPal’s refund limitations.

- In-stock items that are ordered along with pre-orders will ship with the pre-order when it comes out. If your order includes multiple pre-orders, the whole order will be shipped when the last pre-order comes in. Shipping costs are based on the weight of all of the items in your order, so they will all need to be shipped together. If you would like your in-stock items or specific pre-orders shipped without waiting for your later pre-orders to come in, please order your pre-order items separately.
- Note about shipping costs: We estimate the shipping cost for pre-orders since we do not have the weight and dimensions until we receive the item from the manufacturer. If we are able to ship for less than you paid, we will send a partial refund for the difference after we ship your pre-order.
- Coupons and sales generally do not apply to pre-orders, but we may offer discounts or coupons specifically for pre-orders from time to time.
