Five friends, one isolated cabin, and a tape recording that should never have been played. Sam Raimi's 1981 original made Bruce Campbell's Ash Williams a horror icon, and the series has been shifting tone ever since — straight terror in The Evil Dead, slapstick splatter in Evil Dead II, full medieval adventure in Army of Darkness.

NECA's Ultimate line covers Ash across the whole saga in 7-inch scale, with 25 or more points of articulation, interchangeable heads and hands, and the accessories each version calls for — the chainsaw hand, the sawed-off "boomstick," the Necronomicon itself. Separate releases capture the 40th Anniversary Ash from the 1981 film, the Evil Dead II version, and the older, wearier Ash from the Ash vs Evil Dead television series. The Bloody Ash & Cheryl Williams two-pack pairs Ash with his possessed sister from the original cabin sequence.
Beyond the figures, Trick or Treat Studios produces the Book of the Dead Necronomicon as a 1:1 scale prop replica, sculpted with the bound-flesh cover and cracked detailing from Evil Dead II. Life-size electronic prop replicas of Ash's Army of Darkness chainsaw round out the display pieces. Everything is officially licensed, and new releases are added as they are announced.
