The Friday the 13th story starts before Jason ever picks up a machete. In the 1980 original it is his mother, Pamela Voorhees, behind the killings at Camp Crystal Lake. Jason takes over from Part 2 onward, and the hockey mask that made him an icon does not appear until Part 3.

NECA has produced the most detailed Jason figures ever made — 7-inch scale, 25 or more points of articulation, interchangeable heads and hands, and film-accurate weapons. Paint work is built around each entry's specific look: the burlap sack of Part 2, the first hockey mask in Part 3, the heavier damage of The Final Chapter, the resurrected Jason of Part 6, the exposed spine of The New Blood. The run carries through Part 8, the 2009 remake, the Freddy vs. Jason crossover, and figures based on the Friday the 13th video games.
Beyond the 7-inch line you will find 1:1 prop replica hockey masks cast in resin and hand-painted for display or cosplay, quarter-scale 18-inch Jason figures, 8-inch clothed figures with real fabric outfits, and dioramas drawn from the games.
